1. END TO END LOGISTICS: We manage the entire sequence of purchasing, freight consolidation and shipping furnishings to your destination. Your furnishings order is received, inventoried and stored in our warehouse until your install date. As the palettes arrive, our crew inspects, notates and organizes each item until everything is ready for your White Glove Install.
2. SAFE, SECURE MOVE-IN PROTOCOLS: When your Move-In date arrives, our crew packs, loads and transports your furnishings to the destination using a safety system to ensure goods remain secure in transit all the way to your door. The items are inspected again and any irregularities in packaging or quality are reported to our freight partners. For over 14 years, our damage rate has remained at less than 1% which is testament to the care of our dedicated crews.

3. WHITE GLOVE INSTALLS: As the White Glove Install begins, each item is unpacked, assembled and placed in each room according to your exact furnishings plan and following a specific staging protocol so every area is professionally appointed and move-in ready. This includes light bulbs in lamps, carpet pads and corners, art hung at proper gallery heights and much more. Months of training is provided to our installers, ensuring your property is professional designed and delivered.
4. MOVE-IN SERVICES: Next, our Move-In Services are completed according to your order. Our trained technicians and certified trades team members complete detailed work including water filters and garbage disposal installs, keyless entry, safes and security systems and much much more. These services add tremendous value to you and your guests, and save innumerable time and money when completed simultaneously with your install process. 5. FINAL INSPECTION: Last but not least, once the entire property is furnished with all punchlists complete, a final inspection is conducted with proof of delivery photos and detailed reports prepared to share with YOU the owner in preparation for your arrival.
